Standard 12-page Property Brochures
Our standard property brochures are typically between 4 - 20 pages, A4 size, printed on 300gsm matt, silk or gloss art stock.
Our graphic design team develops all brochure artwork, including a unique logo and brand identity for the development, plus location maps and floor plans, while our specialist 3D visualisation artists produce highly realistic 3D renderings of the properties.
We will work with you to develop compelling sales copy about the development, and provide photography services where required.
Enhanced DVD Packaging
Enhanced DVD packaging allows you to provide condensed sales information within the packaging of a Sales DVD, providing buyers with a neat, concise sales package. All detailed sales information, and even a printer-friendly PDF brochure, can be included on the Sales DVD, so buyers won’t miss out on any content. Enhanced DVD Packaging is ideal for mailouts and exhibition handouts, and can be a cost-effective alternative to a full sales brochure.
Presentation Folders with Inserts
A corporate presentation folder with inserts is a good alternative to a full sales brochure, providing greater flexibility and the opportunity to target different buyers with content that matches their requirements. Presentation Folders can carry the developer’s corporate identity, and need not be ‘development specific’, meaning they can be used for multiple projects and other presentation purposes. Presentation Folders can also include a pocket or fixing for a Sales DVD.
Having produced a professional presentation folder, we can design printed inserts for each development project, including property details, floor plans and CGI renderings – all the content usually found in traditional sales brochures. Sales agents will have the option of targeting specific properties at particular buyers, avoiding the wastage associated with giving everyone with a full brochure. Inserts are also easier and less expensive to update and reprint when necessary.
