3D Imagery and Photomontages
Working closely with the architect, we produced these still images and photomontages to help support the planning application for the project. We worked from hand-drawn plans to build our virtual 3D model.
To this, we added planting, cars and trees to add realism to the model. Using photographs of the existing site, we carefully matched the lighting and composited an image of the building model to produce the photomontages.
These images gave the planners a clear and accurate impression of how the intended scheme will impact upon its environment and neighbouring buildings. As a result, this project secured planning permission successfully in 2008 and the development is now in progress!
