3D Visualisations for submission to the Design Council
The developers of this unique, home required 3D renderings of the proposed property for submission in support of the planning application. We were commissioned by the architects to create a detailed virtual model of the house using the architectural plans as reference.
We worked very closely with the architects throughout, to ensure that the materials, colours and finishes adhered precisely to their specification, ensuring that the 3D visualisations were truly representative of the vision for the site. The quality of the design was such that the project was submitted to the Design Council for Wales as a building of high architectural merit, so the images proved to be invaluable in the successful communication and presentation of the proposals.
