This project was produced for a residential developer based in California who was building a “village” of new homes. We built a virtual model of an example house type and then furnished it using our highly realistic furniture models, exactly to our client’s detailed specification. We used the virtual model to create a fly-thru of the home, giving viewers a virtual tour of the house. We supplied the final animation of a DVD that our client could use in their sales office or send out to interested potential buyers. We also produced still images of each of the spaces that our client could use in printed materials.
