A Virtual Viewing of a Stylish Contemporary Villa in Greece
The developer of these fabulous contemporary villas in Crete required a set of visual materials that would really communicate the quality and prestige of these properties, which are largely aimed at the Russian market.
After an initial in-depth specifications meeting, during which we obtained all necessary reference material and architectural drawings, we were able to create a highly detailed virtual model of the villa design, complete with furnishings and décor to match the developer’s precise specification.

Advanced lighting and rendering techniques have been applied to the 3D walkthrough to provide a photorealistic finish and create a sense of ambience. By choosing to show the properties at dusk we were able to make the most of the lighting and ‘indoor-outdoor’ feel of the villas, resulting in a highly effective sales presentation. The flythrough was published on DVD, and was accompanied by a printed brochure featuring static images of the 3D model, along with all relevant property sales details.
